Delivery of Reports

  • Online delivery of the published reports takes 1-24 business hours after the receipt of  payment
  • For the publishing/ongoing reports, P&S representative shall be sharing the delivery timelines on request.
  • The physical delivery of hard copies of the reports may take up to 12 working days post the receipt of payment.
  •  Issues with the courier services or other unpredictable problems may cause a further delay. In such cases P&S Market Research is and shall not be responsible for the delay or any losses thereof.


  • P&S Market Research offers a constructive research service of 15 analyst hours within the scope of the purchased publication (without paying any extra cost), if there are any specific requirements unaddressed in the publication.
  • In case of customization, delivery timelines are dependent on the researchists’ decision considering the nature of customization, required targets that needs to be addressed and complexity of the request.
  • The standard delivery times mentioned – (12 working days for physical and 1-24 hours for online) may not necessarily apply for the customized requests.

Defective Content

  • P&S Market Research shall provide a replacement of the report in case you receive a corrupted file (via email) or with printing defects (hard copies) 
  • We request our clients to keep us informed through an email or on call in such cases.
  • However, any damage in transportation of the report will and shall not be a qualified request for replacement.

Purchase Policy

Kindly read all the details about the report carefully before placing the order. P&S Market Research does not entertain any refund/cancellation request, once the payment has been made.

Refund requests, if entertained, shall be the sole discretion of P&S Market Research. The procurer will be liable for all customs, sales, and other taxes involved.
